Shipping typically takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to reach the destination, regardless of the country. When your order is on its way, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real – time.
Shipping Fees
For all countries, if the total order amount is less than $39.99,we charge a shipping fee of 6.99.
We offer free shipping on orders that total $39.99 or more. This is our way of showing appreciation to our customers for larger purchases.

Please be aware that the time it takes for you to receive your jewelry is the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time. For example, if you order a piece of jewelry, it will require 1 – 2 business days of processing time followed by 7 – 14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive your jewelry within 8 – 16 business days for all countries.
Logistics Matching
Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on factors such as the sales platform, the size and weight of the jewelry. If the street address of your order contains “PO Box”, the system will review and make a judgment according to the delivery logistics you’ve chosen. If the selected logistics method cannot deliver to an address with a “PO Box”, the system will flag the order as abnormal. In such cases, our customer service staff will promptly notify you to either modify the address or cancel the order.
Track Order Status
Self – Tracking
You have the ability to track your order status independently. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your package has been shipped, along with the order’s tracking number. You can expect to see updates within 72 hours of receiving this email.
